Jen is the heart and soul of Magnolia Beaute Eagle. As the salon's founder, she built a team of talented artists who share her belief that beauty goes beyond the surface.

With a focus on creating a welcoming, nurturing environment, Jen ensures every guest at Magnolia Beaute feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. She specializes in custom color and beauty services, bringing the same attention to detail to her clients' hair as she does to building the salon's warm, boutique atmosphere.

I believe that hair can transform a person and help them present their best, most confident self to the world.

I offer luxury hair extension services and am certified in methods I believe to be the most gentle, least invasive & long wearing possible. There is no tape, glue, or exorbitant amount of beads. I love witnessing the transformation that occurs when my client has the hair of their dreams. It's the best part of my day!

I also specialize in lived-in hair color and love using techniques such as balayage, babylights, root shadows/melts and more to give each guest their custom color.

Before I began my cosmetology career in 2007, I had numerous experiences where I left a salon totally bummed about my hair and ended up going to a grocery store, buying a box of color, and completely coloring over everything. Because of my experiences I try to do a thorough consultation so that both you and I are on the same page and I understand your hair goals and desires. I welcome pictures for reference.

Matthew James is a licensed cosmetologist in Idaho and Arizona, and has been working behind the chair for the past 6 years. He specializes in lived-in blondes who enjoy the low maintenance lifestyle.

He has received numerous brand trainings from L'Oreal Professionnel (Expert Network), is certified in all Babe Hair Extension methods, certified in NBR (Natural Beaded Row Extensions), as well as Toni & Guy color and Schwarzkopf Professional color.

Matthew James is constantly keeping up with the latest trends in fashion and beauty, to deliver the best well-rounded services to all of his clients. When he isn't working behind the chair, he stays busy with his family, friends, 2 dogs and the joys of cooking and traveling.

I'm Erica, a wife, mom and hairstylist. I've been in the industry for over 19 years now and honestly I can't believe it's been that long. I'm truly thankful that I get to do what I love as my career.

I love the experiences, conversations, trading of information and authenticity that I've been blessed with due to the relationships I've formed with my clients while in my chair.

We moved to Idaho a year ago and now I'm in the process of building my business here. I still go back to Washington every 6 weeks and get to see my lovely long-term clients back there, so I feel like I get the best of both worlds.

I specialize in color, balayage, multi-dimensional and lived-in color. I believe that haircuts work best when they are personalized and detailed for your hair type and styling desires. I've also developed a passion for helping women with fine and thinning hair through custom colored hand-tied hair extensions.

It can be life-changing — the confidence that comes from having your hair the way you always wished it was.

My belief is that you should love your hair just as much at home as when you leave the salon. To make this possible, I share my professional knowledge with you about styling and products while teaching you how to achieve the look you're desiring at home as well.

Sarah brings creativity and precision to every appointment. She's passionate about helping clients step outside their comfort zone and discover a look that truly expresses who they are — from perfectly sculpted cuts to bold, head-turning colors.
